DATE RELEASED : 2014
Let us say that this rock band is keeping the flames of nineties rock alive. The good thing about this band is that they treat their music and performance as if they are just having a good time. Clear proof of this notion is this album as it is packed with a variety of hooks and melodies. Thus, the whole album is predominantly upbeat as there are more songs in the mid-tempo to fast beat sounds. Listening to this album is like travelling back in time and reminisced some of your favorite nineties band. The album is a fusion of different musical styles of different rock and alternative bands in the nineties.

You have a little bit of Weezer sound in “Carry The Sorrow.” You would hear them singing like Nickelback in “No Ordinary Life” probably due to a slow intro then progress to a heavy drum sound with loud lead guitar in the background. “Wake Up” is like a track from Green Day; although you can tell that this track is a bit inspired by “Highway Star” of Led Zeppelin. In “Armagedon,” the band played as if they were the band The Offspring. In “Allison,” you hear a little bit of “Lump” by The Presidents of The USA.

You will not find a mandatory rock ballad or alternative love song in this record. This album is a good cure for dreary days when you want to pump up your life or start your usual boring days with the right kind of music. Because this album is highly recommended, I rate this 4 stars out of 5 stars.
