For those who demanded good music as they are tired of what music radio stations have offered or found out that their local DJs were treating them like an idiot as they continuously play what they want rather than what you want, must listen to this record.  If until the year ends and you haven’t take time to listen to this album, then you are just making a lips service as supposed to be an ambassador of good taste in music.

There are a host of reasons why you should spend time to listen to this record.  First, this is a Paul Weller album who after several records has yet to deliver a soulless and musically boring records.  Second, the songs in here are really radio friendly only the people behind the radio stations do not want any of the tracks in this record to get fair treatment in terms of airplay. Third, this is probably the lightiest musical album Peter Weller has produced. Unlike with previous efforts were he has always something political to say, in this record, listening to him is like receiving advices from an elder brother.

Best tracks in this record are “Phoenix’, I’m Where I Should Be, White Sky, In The Car, Dusk Till Dawn, and Long Time.” The rest of the songs are considered very good when you compare it with the latest efforts of any British band right now.  I rate this record 4.5 stars out of 5stars.

Ratings Description:

1 star = Ignore it

2 stars= risk it

3 stars = borrow or buy it

4 stars = buy it and keep it

5 = buy, keep, and treasure it
